ATT0017 - Precision vice (150x175 mm)

The ATT0017 precision vise is designed to ensure high precision in grinding, milling, measuring, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) operations. Made of 20CrMnTi steel, it offers a hardness of HRC58-62, ensuring strength and durability even in the most demanding applications.
Thanks to its usable clamping surface of 150 x 50 mm and a maximum opening of 175 mm, this vise is ideal for clamping workpieces of various sizes with extreme precision. The parallelism and squareness error of just ±0.005 mm per 100 mm guarantees maximum tolerance control for high-precision machining.
The innovative design includes orthogonal and transverse V-grooves on the movable jaw, allowing for the secure clamping of cylindrical or irregular workpieces without compromising the stability of the device.
