What delivery options are available?

When purchasing from our e-commerce site, you can choose between the following collection/delivery options depending on the type of goods ordered:

• Self-pickup at the Italian warehouse in Turin - Stura
• Standard Delivery (for large and/or heavy orders)
• Economy Delivery - DHL
• Express Delivery - DHL
• Customized delivery quote (in case of specific needs)

Self-pickup at the Italian warehouse in Turin - Stura

This option allows you to manage your own collection. You will not be charged at checkout. To request collection, please email your order reference to info@freutek.com. Generally, goods are available within 72 hours of payment. It is important to communicate any packaging requirements, which could result in additional charges or delayed collection times. The warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, excluding holidays. Please do not arrive unannounced, as collection may be refused. Always carry your order reference/number with you to easily locate the goods you wish to collect. Loading will be carried out by warehouse staff using suitable equipment (loading bay, forklift, stacker, crane, etc.). Make sure you use suitable transport equipment (including any non-slip mats, straps, and markers). In the absence of the necessary safety measures, the load will be refused.

Standard Delivery (for large and/or heavy orders)

This option applies to all orders of significant size and weight, or whose shape precludes courier shipment (for example, stacker pallet trucks, laser cutting machines, mini-excavators, forklifts, compressors). In these cases, we rely on our logistics partner Raben, whose tracking code can be requested by emailing info@freutek.com, always specifying your order number. This delivery method is generally slower than traditional couriers, but much more reliable for goods that fall outside the scope of traditional logistics.

Economy Delivery - DHL

This option is perfect if you're not in a rush to receive your purchase. It's the most economical solution in Europe for standard packages (low weight and volume). It offers fast delivery times, which can be viewed in the checkout section, and can be tracked directly on the DHL portal . In this case, you'll receive an email notification containing your tracking number so you can track your shipment. Remember to check your spam folder and add the domain "@freutek.com" to your trusted senders list so you don't miss any of our communications.

Express Delivery - DHL

This option is the fastest for delivering standard-sized goods (low weight and volume) within Europe. Ideal if you urgently need an item or replacement part, it displays the estimated delivery time directly on the checkout screen. You can track your order directly on the DHL portal using the tracking number that will be sent to you via email. Remember to check your spam folder and add the domain "@freutek.com" to your trusted senders list so you don't miss any of our communications.

Customized delivery quote (in case of specific needs)

This option should be selected if additional services are required for delivery. Common examples include unloading with a crane truck or delivery by appointment. This option costs €15. By selecting it, one of our operators will contact you to analyze your case and provide you with a delivery quote based on your needs.
