Freutek srl is based in Italy and therefore sends electronic invoices through the Revenue Agency's SDI (Sending Information System). To this end, when placing your order, it's important to include the unique code or certified email address to be used for electronic invoice forwarding in the VAT number field, separated by a dash (-). Under standard operating conditions, for orders of in-stock goods, processing and shipping may take up to 72 business hours from receipt of the invoice. The banking processing times for the selected payment method must therefore also be taken into account.

Yes, you can choose the "Collect at the store" option to use your own carrier or company vehicle to collect the goods. Remember to submit your collection details using the form at the bottom of this page and proceed only after we confirm the goods are ready.

Depending on weight and volume, delivery may be made by van or heavy-duty truck. If your address has transit restrictions, please include them in the order notes and contact us for specific arrangements.
If you have purchased goods weighing more than 25 kg, hand delivery may not be possible. In this case, you must ensure you have a suitable means of unloading the vehicle, such as a pallet jack, stacker, forklift, or overhead crane. Be sure to sign the delivery note with a specific reservation that notes the visible damage and potential implications. Take photos of the damage and include the delivery carrier's details. Within 7 calendar days of delivery, submit the documentation to us to initiate a claim. Without this documentation, you will not be able to receive insurance coverage for the goods.
