The ATT0016 precision vise is designed to ensure high precision in grinding, milling, measuring, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) operations. Made of 20CrMnTi steel, it offers a hardness of HRC58-62, ensuring strength and durability even in the most demanding applications.
With a useful clamping surface of 100 x 45 mm and a maximum opening of 125 mm, this vise is ideal for clamping various sized workpieces with extreme precision. The parallelism and squareness error of just ±0.005 mm per 100 mm ensures maximum tolerance control for high-precision machining.
