The ATT0014 precision vise is designed to ensure high precision in grinding, milling, measuring, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) operations. Made of 20CrMnTi steel, it offers a hardness of HRC58-62, ensuring strength and durability even in the most demanding applications.
With a useful clamping surface of 50 x 25 mm and a maximum opening of 65 mm, this vise is ideal for clamping small and medium-sized workpieces with extreme precision. The parallelism and squareness error of just ±0.005 mm per 100 mm ensures maximum tolerance control.
The innovative design includes orthogonal and transverse V-grooves on the movable jaw, allowing for the secure clamping of cylindrical or irregular workpieces without compromising the stability of the device.
